Courtney Black
Born and raised in Bend. I’ve had a passion for doing hair and working behind the chair for the past 18 years. I specialize in bright blondes and lived in color!
Outside of the running the salon and my amazing clientele, I spend my time with my family and friends! I have 2 beautiful boys whom my world revolves around!
When Lush opened 10 years ago, I had hopes to provide a laid back, fun, professional and safe space for everyone! We started out in a small, 500 square foot salon with only 4 chairs. It was the perfect stepping stone to our big dreams!
We quickly grew into a larger space with the most talented group of women! I can’t wait for you to see the incredible space we have created!
Alicia Diaz
Alicia was just 15 when she was working as a receptionist in a salon, and fell in love with the industry she knew it would be her path.
After starting as an apprentice, she never looked back. Now, 20 years later, she still has the same passion for hair, and regularly hones her skills with ongoing education.
Using the foundation of dry cutting, then creating the ultimate custom color, gives Alicia her creative edge in the industry.
When she’s not caring and laughing with her clients, she’s in her other happy place…her farm!
Spending time there with her family, and even using her creative talents with home design, fuels her love of life!

Kaylee Smith
Hello, I’m Kaylee. In my hairstyling career, I've developed a deep love for crafting striking lived-in colors, radiant blondes, and custom reds!
I am a licensed Natural Beaded Rows Hair Extension Artist as well. In the last two years I have really dedicated myself to that and am proud to say I have been nominated to be one of the few Best Hair Extension Artist in Bend.
While I'm dedicated to my craft in the salon, I also cherish spending time with friends and family and traveling. My goal is to provide a luxurious experience, creating hair that not only captivates but becomes an obsession for everyone who visits my chair.

Vienna Rodola
Vienna is a bilingual (Spanish) California native. With over 15 years experience. She is new to Bend and looking to grow her book of business. Specializing in dimensional coloring with a lived-in, “Bronde” feel, she often enjoys doing balayage and custom colors for each individual client. While highlighting is always fun, knowing where to add a little depth for a bit of contrast, or pop of color is what she finds most exciting in the color world. As for cuts, anything textured and blended is really her jam. With a previously extensive male clientelle, she can provide precision cuts and fades that blend & are as smooth as butter.

Hi I’m Shelbee! It’s been about 7 years since I graduated beauty school and I’ve been with Lush for most my career as a hairstylist, specializing in natural lived in color and blondes. I’m so grateful that I get to call this my job and look forward to all the clients I get to form relationships with inside and outside of the salon.
When I’m not doing hair, I get to be home with my two daughters Hayden and Baylor and my husband Kyle. We love a good home project, being outside and going camping as a family. I also really love gardening and dream of having a flower farm someday!
Lindsay Wegner
As a hair stylist in Bend, Oregon I love connecting with a select clientele that enable me to merge my artistic expertise with beauty. Techniques such as Balayage + Hair Painting allow me to freely add dimension and color to any hairstyle.
At age 18 I had my calling to attend beauty school accomplishing licensing in hair, skin and nails. After completing these courses, I realized my true passion was in the creation of hair.

Hi i’m Ashley! I’m a lash artist and educator here at Revive Lash Co. I grew up in a small town outside of Portland and made my way to Central Oregon in 2020!
My lash career started here at Lush in 2021 and I offer lash extensions, teeth whitening, brow lamination and shaping, lash lifts, and private 1:1 mega volume trainings for future or current lash artists. I’m a true crime enthusiast, coffee addict and dog lover. “Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.”
Mikaela Giacomini
Hi I’m Mik! In 2017, after being in the industry for about 5 years, I had seen all sides of the lash world. I knew something was missing the mark in all the situations I had been in + I knew I wanted to create something different!
Revive was born out of wanting to give artists a space to rent and grow within an environment that was supportive, encouraging, and somewhere we could all learn. I wanted to create a space that clients felt like they could come and be REVIVED from the daily grind and leave feeling taken care of + loved on.
I have been a lash artist for 13 years, specializing in natural and mega volume sets as well as brow laminations and powder brow permanent makeup. I am a top Brow Lamination and hybrid dye trainer in Oregon. Revive is my second home!
We are a community and will always strive to give + receive the best energy out there in order to produce the top of the line services for all who come through!

Michaela has been serving the lash community of Bend since 2011.
Whether you’re wanting natural, dense or anywhere in between lashes, she will work with you to achieve the look you’ve always dreamed of.

Jenna Wells
.Jenna was born and raised in Bend Oregon and has a deep passion for anything outdoors. With having a love for all things beauty from a young age, Jenna became a lash and brow artist in 2020 to empower other women and help enhance their natural beauty. Her services include angel and mega lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, microblading, powder brows, nano brows, combo brows and brow laminations.
When Jenna isn’t in the salon, you can find her hiking, camping, backpacking, paddle boarding, and proudly raising her young son. She absolutely loves meeting new people, and building relationships with her clients. Come see Jenna for all your lash and brow needs!

Hi there! My name is Ariana Espinoza. For as long as I can remember i’ve been obsessed with everything nails. From the prep work, to application, and especially painting and designs!
My top priority is making you as my client feel safe, accepted, heard, and most importantly, walk out feeling better than you walked in! I take pride in my retention and a lot of that is thanks to my thorough preparation on the nail.
I take my time and pay close attention to small detail. Client satisfaction is my #1 priority!
